DUKTEM is a service run in Korea. For fans who cannot get to a Korean pop-up store, exhibition or show, a fan who is going (a mate) buys the limited goods at store price, and DUKTEM receives them in Korea and ships them to you.
How it works

Pricing for overseas orders
We calculate what you will pay from the prices and options you enter. Payment happens after you are matched with a mate.For overseas orders the mate fee covers more than going to the event and buying the goods: it also covers bringing them to DUKTEM's Korean hub. That is why we do not bill the hand-off to our hub as a separate line, and show it inside the mate fee instead.
International logistics to your country is quoted separately once the goods have arrived at our Korean hub and the final parcel is packed.

What the ₩7,000 base mate fee covers
- Going to the event in person
- Buying the goods
- Sending us the receipt and photos of the goods
- Bringing the goods to DUKTEM's Korean hub
- We do not bill these separately. Your screens show them as a single base mate fee line.
How the service fee is calculated
- The overseas service fee is (total store price + base and additional mate fees + difficulty surcharge) × 22%.
- The overseas service fee is not applied to international logistics.
- Every overseas order includes a basic inspection. The fee also covers overseas payment, refunds and dispute handling, intake and storage management, hub pickup in Korea, 30 days of free storage from arrival, and consolidated shipping.

If everything was sold out at the venue
- If the mate went to the agreed place and time but every item was sold out, and the visit and the sell-out are confirmed, only the ₩5,000 visit fee is kept out of the ₩7,000 base mate fee.
- With nothing bought there is no hand-off to our Korean hub, so the ₩2,000 that covers it is refunded.
- The full price of the goods, additional mate fees, the difficulty surcharge and the overseas service fee charged on all of those are refunded as well.
- If we cannot confirm the visit or the sell-out, everything you paid is refunded, mate fees included.
- If even part of the order was bought, the goods still have to reach our Korean hub, so the full ₩7,000 base mate fee is kept.
- If a sell-out becomes clear the day before the visit or earlier, you can cancel with no fee. You can also cancel part of an order, and we recalculate the rest.
Logistics, storage and customs
- International logistics is confirmed from the weight and size of the final packed parcel and paid separately before we ship. We never take it up front together with the goods.
- Logistics payments close on Wednesday 6pm (Korea time) and parcels go out together on Friday. Payments after the cut-off ship the following week.
- Storage is free for 30 days from arrival. During that time you can pick the goods up at our Korean hub or wait for other items and have them shipped together. After 30 days it is ₩3,000 per storage unit per 30 days, up to 180 days.
- International logistics does not include customs duty, import consumption tax or local clearance fees. If any are charged, the recipient pays them directly following the instructions of the local carrier or customs office.
- A basic inspection checks that what arrived roughly matches what you ordered, the quantity, obvious visible damage or staining, and the contents by eye. We do not guarantee authenticity, minor flaws, whether a device works, or internal defects.
- All amounts are in Korean won (KRW). What your card is actually charged in your local currency depends on your card issuer's exchange rate and its overseas payment fees.

Who runs DUKTEM
DUKTEM is a proxy-purchase service run by (주)리라운더, a Korean company that runs an online auction platform and an offline gallery cafe.

What we do not handle
DUKTEM does not request, buy, transfer, resell or broker tickets, admission passes, viewing passes, reservation vouchers or any other right of entry to an event.
Physical goods that carry no right of entry, such as photo tickets and ticket holders, can be requested.
